Terms of Use

1. The Service

Vær is a personal wardrobe tracker that calculates the cost-per-wear of your clothing items. It is provided by Diama s.r.o. ("we", "us", "our").

2. Accounts

You must create an account to use the app. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.

3. Pro Upgrade

Free tier: limited to 3 wardrobe items.

Pro tier: a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase that unlocks unlimited items and enhanced analytics permanently. The price is set in the App Store. Once purchased, Pro is tied to your Apple ID and can be restored on any device signed in to the same account at no additional cost. We do not offer refunds beyond what Apple's own refund policy covers.

4. Your Content

You own the content you add to the app (item data, photos, notes). By uploading content you grant us a limited licence to store and display it solely for the purpose of providing the service to you. We do not use your content for any other purpose.

You must not upload content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes a third party's rights.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the service
• Use the app for any unlawful purpose
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent the free-tier limit

6. Availability

We aim to keep the app running reliably but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Diama s.r.o. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from within the app.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Czech Republic, without regard to conflict of law principles.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. We will notify you of material changes via the app or email. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
